We offer a 10 year warranty on RELAX® bed systems and mattresses against malfunctions and durability of materials, if the defects are traceable to material or manufacturing errors. In the third year of use, guarantees are reduced by 20% and each following year by 10%, which means that our customers can't refund 20% in the third year of use, 30% in the fourth, 40% in the fifth, etc. The guarantee does not include mattress covers, since usage differs.
